The disarming vocals of Beyond Confused's new single drift through the Bluetooth speaker. It's a New Wave-inspired, smooth production of a song frontman John Tinkelenberg has kicked around for years.
"I don't even know when I wrote this thing," Tinkelenberg said. "It's one of those songs that sticks around and gnaws at you. I gave up on recording it more than once, but I always came back."
The new single "Matching Tattoo" hits stores sometime around July 15, but the ink never dries.
